Missionary Sisters of Charity celebrate Easter week by offering prayers and giving a bag with items to inmates of the Ash Street Jail in New Bedford. The bags contain chocolates, socks, toothpaste, Easter candy and a few other items. The Ash Street Jail is the longest running jail in the country.
