George Lawrence tends the final flowers for sale in one of the main glass greenhouses. After 42 years as owner of the Lawrence Greenhouses on Hathaway Road in New Bedford, George Lawrence will be selling the property after closing on July 4th. The property has been in the family for over 77 years.
